Template application letter

To fill in (in the order of appearance in the form)

• Il/la sottoscritto/a: name and surname
• nato/a a: place of birth
• il: date of birth
• residente a: place of residence
• provincia: province (leave empty if not applicable)
• via: street name and house number
• codice fiscale: tax number
• titolo di studio: your university degree(s)
• rilasciato della università: name of the university that issued the degree
• il: date of the university degree
• citadinenza: citizenship
• Data: date of signing the form
• Firma: your signature

With points 1)-7) you declare

1. details about your university degree
2. your citizenship
3. that you do not have military obligations
4. that you do not have a family relationship (until the fourth grade) with any of the research staff belonging to the project, nor with the Rector, General Director, or any member of the Administrative Council
5. not to be employed as “personale di ruolo” at the Marche Polytechnic University, at other universities, or at other public bodies
6. to be aware that the position cannot be combined with other fellowships.
7. to have sufficient knowledge of the Italian language (this is a pro-forma requirement; the position does not come with teaching duties and the working language at the center is English)
