Ethics of Quantification

Content: The course presents a mixture of statistical and sociological elements linked to various forms of statistical and mathematical quantification, and to
their technical and normative quality. Sensitivity analysis and sensitivity auditing will be presented as methodologies relevant to the analysis of quality, with a discussion of the properties of the available methods. Other topics covered are the
politics of modelling, participatory modelling, and sociology of quantification.
