La cita consistirá en un suculento menú que cautivará los sentidos de todos los asistentes y les sumergirá en una experiencia culinaria única, armonizada con los excepcionales vinos de la gama 'Pasión' de la Bodega Sierra Norte. La velada comenzará con la exquisita combinación de la perdiz escabechada, con su textura tierna, sobre un lecho de parmentier de patata violeta y trufa.
