Just a quick jam on my new Casino. A little homage to "Yer Blues". I have this strung with 11-50 Pyramid Flats at the moment as an experiment and I can hardly play them! They also don't intontate too well on this bridge as the saddles don't quite travel enough. I have some Elixr Polyweb 10's ready for next time.
If anyone out there is thinking of picking one of these guitars up, I can recommend it. It plays pretty nice. The china factory doesn't waste too much time on fret dressing, so I may go get them shaped and polished soon. I can't fault the sound though, nice tones from clean to gnarly from those P90's and the neck is a good shape for me, quite a bit wider than my strat with a chunky 50's les paul profile.
Amplifier used was a Marshall Valvestate VS100R combo. Ambient room mic position into camera's preamp. I'm saving for an audio interface, then maybe I'll get some better posts up on here.
